Prohibition of Thai Nationality buying or converting to NVDR with effect of 01 April 2024

Please be informed that the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC) has announced the following below with effect from 01 April 2024. |
|
|
|
All Thai nationality is prohibited from buying, receiving transfer or exchanging Thai securities to NVDR status except for the right arising from holding the NVDR prior to the effective date of this announcement or in accordance with court orders. |
|
|
|
